The Component Handler improves mining haul truck servicing productivity and safety.
 
Its low profile, traversing head, and various adapters make it ideal for removing and replacing belly pans, tanks, and pumps. An independent safety latch ensures operator safety.

Component Handler Accessories

Swivel Attachment (Base)

  • The Swivel Base Adapter may be used in conjunction with other adapters. An example would be the hydraulic pump adapter.
  • The swivel combined with the hydraulic pump adapter would give you the following options: swivel the adapter 360°, in addition to the 4° side shift, 5° tilt and the ability to rotate the pump.

Hydraulic Pump Adapter

  • A removal tool for Caterpillar 797 Haul Trucks.
  • The Hydraulic Pump Adapter bolts to the saddle on the CHLP5008.
  • With the 44″ reach of the Component Handler this adapter provides a safe and efficient method of changing out Hydraulic Pumps.
  • Used to pull connector pins on articulated cars.

Tri-Link Adapter

  • A cradle to assist in the removal and replacement of the Tri-Link on the Caterpillar 797 Haul Truck.
