The Mod-U-Lift delivers heavy-duty versatility with its detachable lifting cylinder, offering exceptional work space clearance and flexibility. Ideal for a range of industries, it’s built to meet the demands of even the toughest jobs. 

The Mod-U-Lift is a jack with lifting and power supply units that easily detach, offering flexibility across various applications.

  • Certified to ASME B30.1 2009
  • Offered in 40, 60, 100, and 175- ton capacities, with custom options also available
  • Available with electric, air, or gas motors
  • The Lift Module doubles as a horizontal ram, making it ideal for tensioning, spreading, or straightening
  • One Power Module can operate two jacks (with Manifold System option)
  • 3-position handle on the 60 and 100- ton model, and 6-position handle on the 175- ton model
  • 120- volt, low amperage electric motor (permanent magnet)
  • 24- volt 5′ – 20′ expandable curly cord (electric only)
  • Muffler system for reduced operating noise (air only)
  • External-mounted 10-micron removable oil filter
  • Air filter and lubricator system (air only)
  • Oil level indicator and oil change drain plug
